Program Eligibility
To be eligible for our program, you must:
Be Active-Duty Military, Veteran, Widow of a Veteran, an Educator in the State of Florida, First Responder, EMT, EMS or Law Enforcement.
Have a pre-approved mortgage.
Be willing to make an offer within 5 days of listing.
Acceptable forms of verification include:
